BUILD A PROPERTY SHORTLIST

Property Finder: Explore Rental Yield and Land Value

Explore rental and development opportunities, narrow the search to an area and compare the estimates behind each listing. Move from a shortlist into purchase or development analysis.

You can start with the public property list. Filters, saved properties and analysis are subject to sign-in, membership and usage limits.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

A clearer view of your next decision.

Explore rental opportunities

Review estimated prices, weekly rents and rental yields. Use them as a starting point for checking a property’s potential.

Explore development opportunities

Compare available development estimates and land-price measures, then inspect the assumptions in Development Analysis.

Work with a place

Search by location, switch between list and map views, or draw an area on the map. Availability depends on the selected state and current records.

Understand the scope.

A stored listing is an observation, not confirmation that the property remains for sale. Estimated rental yield is not a realised return and does not include every cost of ownership. Missing coverage is shown explicitly.

Common questions

Is a high rental yield the same as positive cash flow?

No. Gross rental yield compares annual rent with the price used in the calculation. Financing, vacancy and operating costs can change the cash-flow result.

Does every state have the same coverage?

No. Listings and estimates depend on the available source records. The selected view shows when data is unavailable.

Can I continue with a property I find?

Yes. Property actions connect the listing to the purchase or development workflow. Sign-in and membership requirements still apply.
