Terms & Conditions

1. Operator and service scope

Landication is operated by Quantdigital Pty Ltd (ABN 72 673 414 287), based in South Australia. In these draft terms, “we” means Quantdigital Pty Ltd.

The proposed membership service provides property information, model calculations and investment feasibility analysis for properties. Coverage and available inputs vary by location and data source. Membership does not promise that information is available for every property or every Australian location.

We may display contact details or links for licensed mortgage brokers so you can contact them independently. The current service does not recommend a particular lender or loan product, assess whether a particular loan is suitable for you, or assist with a loan application. Membership does not include negotiation or representation in a property purchase.

We may receive a financial benefit from mortgage-broker introductions. The relevant commercial arrangement must be disclosed alongside the broker’s contact information or link before you decide to contact them.

Any separately offered human service would require its own agreement, fees and applicable qualifications or authorisations before it is offered. It is not included in these membership terms.

2. Accounts and younger users

People of all ages may browse the website. If you are under 18, you must have a parent or guardian’s consent before purchasing membership. A parent or guardian must also give any consent to personal-information handling that a child cannot validly give themselves. Document uploads are not available at launch.

Provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in credentials and use only payment methods and information you are authorised to use. Do not submit another person’s private information without appropriate authority.

3. Membership plans and payments

Prices below are in Australian dollars and include GST. Choose monthly or annual billing. Annual membership is charged as one yearly payment. The table lists each plan’s property search limit, geographic coverage, included features and feasibility report allowance. You can also review these details on the membership page.

Property search limits apply per day and feasibility report allowances apply per month, as shown above. Free, Lite, Plus and Pro cover one state; Ultra provides nationwide coverage. Available property information remains subject to the service scope and data availability described in these terms.

The features included in the selected plan, recurring price and first charge date are displayed before you confirm your subscription. Choosing a paid subscription charges you immediately and authorises recurring charges through Stripe at your selected monthly or annual interval until you stop renewal. Choosing the Free plan does not authorise paid subscription charges.

Any change to the recurring price must be notified in advance of the affected renewal, with an opportunity to stop renewal before the changed price is charged. A price change does not increase the amount already paid for the current period.

4. Trial offers

Direct purchases from the membership page do not include a free trial. Any seven-day trial is offered through a separate trial entry point, when available, with its eligibility, payment requirements, end time and renewal terms displayed before you start. Each user may receive only one trial in total, not one per plan. A trial is not applied automatically to a paid purchase.

5. Stopping renewal

You may stop automatic renewal at any time before the next scheduled charge. Use the membership cancellation controls; an accessible support route must also be available if you cannot use those controls.

For a paid membership, stopping renewal keeps your paid access until the current paid period ends. It stops later renewal charges and does not itself issue a refund. Cancelling membership does not delete your account, saved properties or search records; see the Privacy Policy draft.

6. Refunds and consumer rights

When a paid plan change generates unused downgrade credit, you may keep eligible credit for future invoices or request an original-card refund from the membership page. Eligibility and the amount are verified against the downgrade invoice, unused balance and refundable original payments. Card payments made through Google Pay or Apple Pay are refunded to the original card. Refunded credit is removed from your invoice balance; the new membership level and renewal remain in place. Used or promotional credit is not eligible for this cash refund. For unsupported payment methods or a failed refund, contact support.

You may request a full voluntary refund within 72 hours after an initial membership charge or a renewal charge if you have not used the paid analysis features in that charged period. Generating or recalculating an analysis, opening an analysis report, or exporting a report during that period counts as use. Merely signing in, viewing your account or managing renewal does not count as using analysis features.

Apart from eligible downgrade-credit refunds and the voluntary refund policy above, a change of mind or deciding you no longer need membership normally permits cancellation of future renewal, rather than a refund for the remaining days. Verified duplicate or incorrect charges are handled separately.

When a full refund is issued under the 72-hour unused-analysis policy, access to the refunded paid period ends, your membership returns to Free and automatic renewal stops. Any remedy under consumer law is handled according to the applicable circumstances and legal requirements.

This policy does not exclude, restrict or replace your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Statutory rights to repair, cancellation, refund, compensation or other remedies are not subject to the 72-hour limit or the unused-analysis condition. The appropriate remedy depends on the circumstances.

A refund request should identify your account and the disputed charge. Do not send a full card number, card security code or account password. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed or required by law.

For refund requests, email info@landication.com.

7. Data, model outputs and builder estimates

Information may come from government publications and our databases. Only sources approved for commercial use are intended for launch. Model outputs depend on the available sources, your inputs and the stated assumptions. An estimate is not an observed transaction, realised return, formal valuation, planning approval, building inspection or loan approval.

We do not guarantee investment profit, a future sale price, achievable rent or actual construction costs. Check material assumptions and obtain appropriate independent professional assessments before making a property or borrowing decision. These statements do not remove obligations or remedies under applicable consumer law.

Some budget estimates are supplied by commercially cooperating builders and may be sponsored. They are reference estimates, not binding quotes. Sponsored material should be identified where it is displayed. A final scope of works, inclusions, exclusions, price and contract must be agreed directly with the builder.

8. Use of the website and supplied information

Use the service lawfully and within the features and limits of your selected plan. Do not misuse another user’s account, interfere with the service or bypass access controls. Rights in third-party material remain with the relevant rights holders and are subject to the applicable source terms.

You retain your rights in information you supply. You allow us to process it for the service you select, as described in the Privacy Policy. Income and loan inputs are optional and used only for the model calculations you choose. This does not authorise us to provide your financial inputs to a broker or sponsor.

9. Questions, complaints and governing law

For customer support or complaints, email info@landication.com. These proposed terms are governed by South Australian law, subject to applicable mandatory laws. They do not restrict your statutory rights or legally available complaint and dispute-resolution options.
